National Park details
Nature: Calm
Probably the most peaceful of Rick's pokémon. Pearl stays dormant in a small lake close to Rick's home, where she uses her orbs to maintain a pleasant weather in the area. She's also one of the few pokémon who stays outside of her ball constantly, and very rarely she's recalled. She serves as Rick's means of transport in the air and water. On the field, she stays at a reasonably high altitude for scouting and support. Unlike the other Rick's pokémon, she never evolved to her final stage.
Although most of her species rely on physical attacks, Pearl generally keeps a safe distance, and uses weather manipulation for battle. The few ocasions where she might get up close to an opponent is to wrap around them and squeeze them to submission when it feels safe to do so. She's also capable of short bursts of speed, although these are mostly hit-and-run tactics, as she's not agile enough to keep a fight up close. While she has great maneuverability in the air and in the water to avoid incoming attacks, she's not so great when grounded and usualy relies on protective shields and cloaking herself in a Safeguard for defense. Because she never evolved into a Dragonite, her powers and strength are limited to her middle stage. The energy on her orbs is also limited. If it's fully spent, most of her capabilities become compromised. She also can't use the weather as a means of attacking if she's in closed spaces.
The following are the moves used the most in the National Park. These serve as guidelines for how they're normally performed by this pokémon. Depending on the situation, they may be used in other different ways.
Aqua Tail: Shrouds a portion of her tail in water and slams the target with it.
Blizzard: Pearl's orbs start glowing, summoning a blizzard above the target.
Draco Meteor: Pearl's orbs start glowing, summoning meteors from the sky at the target.
Dragon Tail: A strong swipe with her tail that can push the target a considerable distance.
Dragon Pulse: Fires draconic energy in the shape of an orb from her mouth, or from her horn as a beam.
Extreme Speed: Dashes at the opponent at extremely high speed.
Fire Blast: Shoots a fire ball from her mouth that expands into a star-shaped fire along the way.
Flamethrower: Shoots a stream of fire from her mouth.
Hail: Pearl's orbs start glowing, summoning a hailstorm.
Hydro Pump: Shoots a torrent of high pressured water at the target.
Hyper Beam: Fires a beam from her horn, but the energy expended on the attack forces her to recharge.
Iron Tail: The orbs on Pearl's tail start glowing and she slams the target with it.
